If you are :
graduated from reputable university with minimum Bachelor Degree
Minimum 5 years experiences leading sales team
Minimum 5 years experiences in Telco/Device industry
Minimum total 10 years working experiences in Sales
Have a strong communication and negotiation skill
What you will do :
Execute region commercial strategy and deliver revenue growth through leadership of:
Sales (ASMs) by:
o Develop activation with FTU, channel build-up and revenue targets at region
o Expand outlets and revamp PSSOs, and improve outlet productivity at region
o Manage distributors & territories and ensure equitable pay-out and incentives at region
o Manage prices of devices, SP and vouchers within the region
o Identify areas of improvements & solutions to increase cluster performance
o Leverage MTRASS to conduct weekly cluster performance reviews
o Develop cluster initiatives based on MTRASS findings and regional context
Service Managers (RSM):
o Provide leadership and harmony of Sales Support functions: Regional Outlet & Brand Management, Sales Force Management, Regional Data Support, Regional QC
Collaborate effectively with RTL, RBOM, and Gallery
