Job description :

In charge of a plantation site (Estate – 5 000 to 10 000 ha) Overall responsible for all agricultural, technical, factory processing, human resources, sustainability, budget and cost control, development, harvesting and maintenance Responsible for extensions and replanting planning Budget and cost control Negotiation with workers, unions Maintaining good relations with all the stakeholders of the plantation (communities, authorities, etc.) Competencies required Organized, pragmatic, proactive, result-oriented, rigorous Autonomous Team spirit Strong communication and social skills Potential to progress to a high-responsibility position Ability to live in a remote environment Profile MSc in Agriculture French and/or English, bilingual is an advantage Experience required Minimum 5 years of experience in a position at the same level or at Plantation Manager level Successful experience of at least two years as an expatriate, in Africa and/or Asia Knowledge of palm oil and/or rubber and experience in a similar environment is an advantage APPLY HERE
