Job Deskripsi : 

  1. Monitor employee attendance, leave, and insurance/BPJS, and prepare accurate and timely monthly personnel reports.
  2. Manage and handle company licensing and legal documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
  3. Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office facilities and equipment, including office supplies, workstations, operational vehicles, and coordination of support staff (office boys, drivers, messengers, etc.).
  4. Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.
  5. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.

Kualifikasi : 

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major);
  2. At least 2–3 years of experience in HRGA or a similar position;
  3. Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  5. Good communication, fast learner and initiative;
  6. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks;
  7. Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  8. Willing to join as soon as possible.
